Easy to reach camping place. Can recommend for a one night stop if you wish to see Venice. For a high season, might be crowded. Reasonable price. Toilets and showers are open only when reception is open.
The Camper parking area is next to a highway. Clean sanitary facility with toilet and shower. The men's shower doesn't have a lock. Okay coffee (€0,50). The sanitary facility closes on 21:30. The Lidl is close an so is the train station.
Great place to park when visiting Venice. The place also has showers and toilets. Nearby there is a train station about 600m from the location. The workers are really polite and helpful. Great place.

Very convenient rest area for visiting Venice, it is only a 5 minute walk from the train station that takes you to the center of Venice. We stayed here for three nights, at a cost of 20 euros per night with all services, there are also paid bathrooms and showers, 50 cents for two and a half minutes. The owner Riccardo is available and can give excellent advice on everything, food, visits, transport services. If you feel lost in Venice, no problem, contact him and he will help you, he also offers a shuttle service (for a fair price) if you don't like public services given the Covid times or if you miss the train 😁. Well-kept area, always growing, yes he sees that a camper owner runs it.
Strategic place to visit Venice, just outside the motorway exit, 3 minutes walk from the train station that takes you to Santa Lucia or the Venice lagoon. Possibility of reaching Venice also with a bus with a stop 15 minutes away on foot.
The area is managed by the super kind and helpful owner, upon arrival he gives you all the info for transport, what to visit, bus and train timetables, etc etc. Close to Lidl and restaurants that deliver in the area.
The real added value is the courtesy and availability of the manager who even accompanied me to the bus stop.
Overall, the place is quiet despite the nearby motorway which is separated with sound-absorbing panels.
Well-maintained rest area with the possibility of loading, unloading, showers (for a fee) and dishwashers.
Nearby there are both the train station and a bus stop, convenient for visiting Venice or the surrounding areas.
Note of merit to the manager present both during the booking phase and during the parking period with a truly rare kindness and availability.
Highly recommended.
